New Land and Children's Home!!!!!

Two acres of land were purchased in the summer of 2020, to build the permanent children's home for the 80 Hope for the Hopeless orphans. Everyone was so excited when the huge yellow loader arrived to clear the land. There was lots of hands on experience for the kids on this project. Fine tuning was done by hand- you will now see the land is clear and a shallow well was dug for the sole purpose of mixing concrete by hand. Preparations were made for the ground breaking ceremony. Two US board members arrived a few days prior to the ceremony and local diplomats attended. Many members of the community also showed their support by attending. They made a point to dedicate the land and the home to the Lord Jesus as they dug their shovels into the ground. Singing and praising continued throughout the night. The vision is to complete this dorm in 2021 by the grace of God.
